Fees
Fees for the conference are for the classes only, and do not include props, accommodation, transportation meals, etc. For conference fees, please click here.

Personal Property
Asia Yoga Conference will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property. There will be a lost and found located at the main registration counter. Recorders, video cameras, and cameras are not allowed in class.
Props you normally use in practice should be brought with you to the conference. This includes yoga mats, blocks, straps, blanket, or pillows etc. Props will also be available for sale on the exhibition show floor.
Registration Process and Payment
1. Registration and Classes fill on a first-come first-served basis. Your registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full processed payment.
2. Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed online form and correct payment is received and processed by the registrations office. Please note a non-refundable HK$100 registration fee applies per registration.
3. Registrants should obtain confirmation from the registrations office before committing to any travel arrangements. Please contact us with any enquiries.
4. Asia Yoga Conference is not responsible for any spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please ensure your spam filters allow emails from email addresses ending 'asiayogaconference.com'.

Available from June 1-4 – subject to availability of classes. Payment must be made through credit card / cash.
Registration Changes
Class selection must be made at the time of online registration. You may only change your selections on site at the conference during registration check-in. Changes will be subject to a HK$200 administration fee and subject to availability.
The Registrant acknowledges that the conference programme and its classes, lectures and special events is subject to change. In the event of a schedule change Asia Yoga Conference will use reasonable efforts to notify all registrants registered in the class(es) of the change. Registrants will be able to choose an alternative class of the same type. Asia Yoga Conference shall not be responsible for costs arising from a change in the schedule which is not due to a force majeure event. This includes airfare, hotel and miscellaneous loss or damage or costs incurred by the Registrant direct or indirect of whatever nature arising from such change in the schedule and without limiting the foregoing including travel and accommodation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subject to the conditions below, cancellations and refunds can only be made in writing via post to the attention of:
Registrations

a) Before April 1, 2007
100% refund
b) Between April 1 and April 30, 2007 (2 months prior)
50% refund
c) Between May 1 and June 4 (1 month prior and during)
0% refund
1. A HK$500 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation and refund request.
2. HK$100 registration fee is non-refundable .
3. No credit or transfers will be offered.
4. If Asia Yoga Conference cancels a class, full refund will be issued only to registrants who have purchased an individual session pass for that particular cancelled class.
5. Refunds will not be issued for late arrival, unattended events, and early termination of attendance or no shows.
6. All refunds will be issued within 50 days after the conference.
Confirmation
Once you register online, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Please print and bring this email confirmation and a photo ID with you to the conference to claim your badge at the conference registration desk. Other related conference information will be given to you at that time. If you register by May 1, 2007 and have not received confirmation, please contact Conference Registration at +852 3691 3981 or contact us here.
Conference Badges
Please keep your conference badge with you at all times. Do not lose your badge. It serves as your exclusive admission pass to your registered classes.
In the event of a lost conference badge, you will be required to pay a replacement fee of HK$500 to issue a new badge.
Insurance
Each individual is responsible for his or her own insurance needs, be it accidental or medical.
International Registrants
Please comply with all the visa and health requirements of Hong Kong. Asia Yoga Conference will not be held liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive in Hong Kong.
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation of the conference as a result of any force majeure event, Asia Yoga Conference shall be relieved entirely of all its obligations to you under these terms and conditions. Asia Yoga Conference shall not be in any default by reason of its failure to perform, in whole or in part, any of its obligations hereunder, if such failure results from any force majeure event beyond its control such as, but not limited to, strikes, fires, floods, terrorism, acts of God, and for the avoidance of doubt, but without limiting the foregoing, the hoisting of typhoon signal No.8 by the Hong Kong Observatory or the announcement of such signal will be hoisted, within a 5-hour period from the time of such announcement, or the announcement of black rainstorm warning signal, shall constitute a force majeure event for the purposes of this Registrants' Agreement.
Disclaimer / Waiver of Liability
By registering for Asia Yoga Conference, you voluntarily declare the following:
I, a participant of the Asia Yoga Conference, am aware that by participating in the conference require certain levels of fitness and general physical health.
I acknowledge and voluntarily assume my responsibility to assess my level of fitness and general health (including where appropriate consulting my physician or doctor) and the risks of serious injury that are associated with physical activity of any kind including any variety of yoga, meditation and breath work practice and participation in yoga related activities including concert, Kirtan and/ or other special event attendance, and participation in the classes at the Asia Yoga Conference (the "Activities"). I confirm that I shall retain all control and direction over my Activities at all times. I voluntarily assume full liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort as a result of my participation in the various Activities in this conference.
I, or anyone who could claim in my name or on my behalf, do hereby voluntarily waive, release and forever discharge Asia Yoga Conference and its officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liabilities for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the Activities during the course of this conference and hold them harmless from all claims which may be brought against them for any such injuries or claims as aforesaid and all costs and expenses incidental thereto.
