Visas:
Hong Kong has retained control of its own immigration and as a result foreign nationals of most countries can visit Hong Kong visa-free. However, this means that you will need a separate visa if you decide to enter Mainland China or Macau during your visit.
You can check visa requirements here.
Travelling to Hong Kong:
Internationally, the only way to enter Hong Kong is by plane through Hong Kong's International Airport, which is also called Chek Lap Kok, named after the island it was built over.
Hong Kong's International Airport is an extremely functional and modern airport, which was designed by internationally renowned architect Norman Foster. The passenger terminal is the world's largest single airport terminal totaling 1.27km. It is also the world's fifth busiest international passenger airport and sees an average of 750 aircraft take off and land every day.
Visit the airport's official site for more information.

Getting to and from the Airport:
Airport Express
The fastest way to the airport is via the Airport Express train. You can catch the train from either the Kowloon or Hong Kong Airport Express Train Stations. Journey time is approximately 23 minutes and there are baggage handlers on hand to help, making this an extremely stress-free way to travel. The price of a single journey ticket is between HK$60-HK$100 and a round-trip ticket costs HK$110-HK$180. The Hong Kong Station is connected to a metro system (called the MTR) which provides travellers with easy access to the rest of Hong Kong.
For more information on fares and special deals please check their official website.
Airbus
Airbuses are cheaper than the train but are a slower way to travel to/from the airport. Lines A11 and A12 cost HK$40, HK$45 respectively and go to Hong Kong Island. A21 costs HK$33 and goes to Kowloon. Some of Asia Yoga Conference's Suggested Hotels also run a complimentary shuttle bus service to/from the airport.
Taxi
You should expect to pay approximately HK$300 for a taxi from the airport to central Hong Kong, but the price will vary according to your exact destination. The law in Hong Kong is strict on drivers charging according to the meter. Please note that the meter fare does not include the luggage fee or tunnel fees.
