After that, you’ll go through each of the conference’s four days, and you can select your favourite classes.
Then, select Evolution products.
You will see a summary of your registration. Check the classes again and proceed with payment.
You will have a choice of payment via credit card or fax.

REGISTRATION
Registration can be done:

At the end of registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please PRINT and BRING this email confirmation and a photo ID with you to claim your badge at the conference registration desk. Other related conference information will be given to you at that time.
You will need to bring a yoga mat with you to the conference. Please also bring additional props such as straps, blocks, blankets or anything else you foresee as a necessity for your practice. Otherwise, props will be available for purchase on-site.
- HK$ 100 registration fee is non-refundable.
- Badges issued are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
- In the event of a class cancellation, full refund will be issued only to registrants who have purchased an individual session pass for that particular cancelled class.
- Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, unattended events, early termination of attendance or no-shows.
REGISTRATION CHANGES - AT NO CHARGE PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE CONFERENCE
You may change your selections anytime prior to 2 weeks before the conference at no charge.
Please use provided username and password in your confirmation email to log in to make changes and view status of confirmation. Onsite changes will incur a HK$100 charge per change.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing to 20/f, Asia Standard Tower, 59 - 65 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong; or via email to annabelle@asiayogaconference.com. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation. All refunds will be issued within 60 days after the conference.
1 March 2008 - 30 April 2008 - 100% refund
1 May 2008 - 31 May 2008 - 50% refund
1 June 2008 - 2 July 2008 - 0% refund
