Please note that there must be a minimum half hour between your registered classes.
(Example: You cannot book a class starting at 5pm when your last class ends at 5pm)

Online registration will close on 13 May, 2010 at 11:55pm, local Hong Kong time. Your registration will only be received if payment received before the mentioned time. |

| Registration Fee |
All registration involves a one time non-refundable HK$100 processing fee.
|
| Conference Badge |
You will receive a confirmation email once your application is successful.
Please BRING a PRINT-OUT of this email confirmation IN PERSON with a PHOTO ID (any ID with your photo and registered name) for your conference badge collection.
Important notes:1. You MUST SELECT ALL YOUR CLASSES before you can complete your registration. Please ensure you know your classes you want to select.
2. Registration is not complete until the payment transaction has been authorised by your credit card provider. Your information is complete when you receive a final confirmation email from Asia Yoga Conference.

| Badge Collection Locations |

Claim your badge at the conference registration desks during opening hours. Onsite registration desks will be open for badge collection on Friday 14 May, 2010 at 7:00am.

To avoid the line-ups or delays onsite on the first day, you may choose to pick up your badge up at the following times prior to the conference:

| Waiver of Liability |
Registrants of this conference must understand that there are serious risks associated with all physical activity and that, when practising yoga, one may suffer minor or serious injury. Registrants must be fully aware of these inherent risks and assume that for all such risks associated with participation in any activities in conjunction with the Evolution Asia Yoga Conference, all employees, active interest media, volunteers, instructors, and agents are exempted from liability.

| Cancellations and Refunds |
Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, unattended events, and early termination of attendance or no-shows.
19 January - 14 March, 2010 - 100% refund
15 March - 14 April, 2010 - 50% refund
15 April - 17 May, 2010 - 0% refund
All cancellations must be made in writing to 23/f, Asia Standard Tower, 59 - 65 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong; or via email to registration@asiayogaconference.com. | Class Changes |
FREE CLASS CHANGES are available online up to 13 May, 2010 11:59pm, if you have not collected your pass. Please use the username and password provided in your confirmation email to log in on the website to make changes and view status of confirmation.
Onsite class changes at the conference will incur a HK$100 charge per change.
*Asia Yoga Conference is not responsible for incorrectly selected classes due to unsuitability, personal dislike or any other reason.

| Lost Badges |
There are no replacements, credits or refunds for lost or stolen badges.

| Yoga Accessories and Props |
You must bring your own yoga mat, props you use and your own water is recommended. These items are not provided in any classes. Please see class descriptions for any other required items. These items are also available for sale in the Yoga Bazaar during opening hours.
