“When you are inspired by some great purpose, your mind breaks all bonds, transcending every limitation.” That is what I know is possible when I hear Dharma speak.”

Yoga offers an integrated way of life which includes moral standards, or the ethical guidelines that serve as our map in Yoga. They are truly meant to guide us in how to lead our daily lives. Dharma Mittra teaches students to respect the traditional Yogic code of conduct as well as the law in their country or state. As students of Yoga, one must have an even greater responsibility to stand supreme in righteous actions as they pertain to green sustainable living for us, our communities, and mother earth. Dharma Mittra recommends embracing the Eight Limbs of Yoga, in daily life. First and foremost ahimsa brings us to the truth immediately, as we learn to embrace compassion in all our thoughts, words and actions. You can then see the unity in diversity, feeling as one with all nature and God’s living creatures.
