Roshan is a highly experienced teacher of Kriya Yoga and Atma Kriya, the lightning-fast path of self-realisation. Self-realisation is the ultimate goal of yoga, realising your true identity, the divine and the potential you have within you. The teachings of Atma Kriya Yoga come from Sri Swami Vishwananda and the immortal Himalayan Master Mahavatar Babaji, who was first written about in the spiritual classic book "Autobiography of a Yogi". It comprises of mantra chanting, visualisation, meditation on sound, pranayama, chakra meditation, mudras, asanas, a group healing technique and Shaktipat. The techniques help to relieve stress, calm the mind, decrease negativity, increase energy and physical well-being and awaken the spiritual heart. Roshan has been given the gift of Shaktipat, in which he is able to activate a student's Kundalini energy, allowing them to experience the fullness or essence of a yoga technique and not just some limited benefit.
For Roshan, yoga is the journey of surrendering the ego, opening up the spiritual heart and recognising the full potential in everyone and everything. In that state one becomes more inspired, there is constant communion with the inner guide for advice and guidance, one becomes an instrument for a higher good and change in the world, and one can begin to understand their life's unique purpose. Roshan's work with Atma Kriya Yoga is to help people in every walk of life experience the fullness of who they are what they can become.
