Tracey Fenner
Tracey graduated from the Northern Ballet School in Manchester, UK and danced professionally for a number of years before following a teaching career in Ballet, Modern, Jazz & Tap. Around the world, Tracey taught and entered children of all ages in examinations for the Royal Academy of Dance & Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance for 17 years. Tracey returned to the UK in 2007 after nearly a decade of teaching in Dubai. In April of that same year, Tracey re-trained in the Nia Technique and successfully completed her White Belt Intensive Training with Helen Terry (Black Belt Master Trainer) in Chester to become a fully licensed Certified Nia Teacher.

Tracey first read about Nia in a health & fitness magazine whilst working out in Dubai. Tracey was looking for something new and exciting, and Nia captured her imagination as it was a natural progression from the world of dance into holistic fitness that she had been searching for. Nia is a wonderful mix of the many dance movement forms that Tracey enjoys and loves. With a desire to follow not just a physical but also mental, emotional and spiritual path, Tracey was hooked on Nia after just ONE class. Dancing and teaching Nia is such a magical experience and has truly changed her life. If Tracey was to describe Nia in 3 words it would be Music, Movement and Magic.

In March 2008, Tracey graduated to Blue Belt after completing the first ever Blue Belt Intensive Training in the UK with Helen Terry. Tracey has been studying Nia for over 3 years and teaching for over 2. She started teaching Nia in her hometown of Shrewsbury in Shropshire, UK. At the time Tracey was the only Nia Instructor in the area and was instrumental in bringing the Nia Technique to Shropshire - she launched many classes and hosted numerous workshops in health clubs, spa resorts, yoga & healing centres, and luxury hotels. Tracey became a Fitness Presenter for the exclusive Champneys Springs Health & Spa Resort in Leicestershire, UK where she offered weekend Nia fitness breaks.

In September 2009, Tracey completed the Green Belt Training with Carlos Aya Rosas (Nia Co-Creator) in London and then re-located to Hong Kong with her husband. Tracey is currently the only Certified Nia Blue Belt Instructor in Hong Kong and has established her own registered company. She specialises in teaching Nia classes, playshops and workshops around the city. She also travels to Europe and throughout Asia offering unique weekend and week-long Nia Retreats experiences.

Tracey is a passionate and inspirational teacher, and encourages people to connect to their bodies and enjoy feeling great about themselves from the inside-out. Nia offers a really unique experience in discovering renewed well-being. Be guided and nurtured by Tracey and experience Nia for yourself - it's the best medicine you can give your body, your mind and your spirit.
