The Sanskrit term "Jivanmuktah" means "liberated while living in a physical body". Its job duty asks for the intense desire to liberate all sentient beings (without any exclusion) from their suffering, both physically and spiritually. It is a very similar connotation to the Buddhist term "Bodhisattva". As a practising Buddhist, Will practises and serves with a loving, kind and compassionate heart towards all beings, and has intense desire to serve all devotees that tread the path toward enlightenment. Ahimsa (non-violence) is Will's prime practice, deeply guided both spiritually and politically by his beloved gurus Sharon Gannon and David Life. Will currently teaches at Pure Yoga in Hong Kong. His style is specially designed to access the yogi's most subtle levels of the body, influencing their flesh, energetic, emotional, intellectual and karmic bodies, promising to give an overall blissful experience to the class.
Paying deep reverence to all holy teachers who have inspired him and shaped him, Will is humbly grateful to Davidji & Sharonji, Geshe Michael Roach, Lama Christie McNally, Andrey Lappa, Kristina Pao Cheng, Jessica Kung, Patrick Creelman, Stephen Thomas, Joakim Olin, HHDL, HHK, Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, Icy Lee, Maggie Tan, Dharma Mittra & Paveena Atipatha.
Will became an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher in 2010 - a first for an Asian and in the entire East Asia region. Will serves as mentor alongside David Life and Sharon Gannon in the 2010 & 2011 Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in the Omega Institute in New York. Will teaches routinely in Jivamukti centres in New York, London and Berlin, and various workshops and yoga conferences in Japan and Korea.
