A 30-minute Satyananda Yoga Nidra ® (psychic sleep) relaxation are the core focus of this session. Savasana is much more than a deep sleep: it's an opportunity to let go of fatigue, assimilate the benefits from your yoga practice, and adopt a state of profound meditation. You'll be guided through a simple inward journey designed to show you how to relax, release, and unwind while drinking deep from the internal glow of prana after a day of yoga immersion.

Pilates

A mat-based functional exercise programme that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the deeper muscles. Focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility and helping to prevent injury. It was developed in the 1920s by Joseph H. Pilates and was initially created for rehabilitation but was later adopted by dancers.

How do we realise the abundance we have around us and offer it up as a yogic practice? What are we able to shift and let go of in our own lives to make space for more peace? In this 75-minute workshop we will explore and identify the abundance that surrounds us, breaking into small groups led by Asia Yoga Conference presenters and exploring tangible steps to create more peace personally and globally. This practice is about the active effort of every individual to influence and support positive shifts in the world. We will end our workshop with a personal peace practice that we each commit to for one week.

The little ones will fly on mystical birds, float on magic carpets, ride supersonic space shuttles to the moon and play football with crabs on the beach! This class will also include some helpful breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques that improve children's concentration, capture their imagination and help them to feel more confident.
