Volunteer Program
Join our team and work behind the scenes! Work in an inspiring, spirited environment that's thoroughly stimulating. You can be part of all this excitement! By helping us to carry out simple tasks, you can enrich Evolution Asia Yoga Conference and your own yoga experience alike!
About Your Commitment:
Applying to be a volunteer means that you are willing to commit to a full involvement "behind the scenes" with our conference production team. Although this will mean scheduling your personal time around your work time, we believe this commitment greatly enhances the overall spirit and of our mutual efforts. Whether you are helping with the set-up, packing goodies bags, providing directions, monitoring class rooms or assisting with audio/visual equipment which can be hectic at times- we think you will find that your efforts are almost always rewarding and a whole lot of fun.
Is the Volunteer Program right for you?

If attending classes is your objective or if you cannot make the necessary commitment, volunteering IS NOT the option for you – we encourage you to register and attend as a regular participant. |

We prefer volunteers to have free schedule for a minimum of two full days out of the four days ( minimum 18 hours of volunteer work) |

Volunteers are responsible for their own accommodation, travel and meals. Light refreshments will be provided. |

It is MANDATORY that volunteers attend orientation and training sessions prior to the start of the conference. More details of this will be emailed to approved applicants at a later date. |

All approved volunteers are required to work as room / door monitors for at least half of their scheduled shifts.
