Advertising Terms and Conditions

Deposit             A 50% non-refundable deposit s required upon your approved booking.
Full Payment     Full payment is due before material deadline.
Approval            Please note all ad booking(s) and artwork(s) are subjected to approval.

Booking Procedures

1. Fill in the booking form and email to info@asiayogaconference.com or fax to (852) 3520 4999.
2. You will receive a confirmation about your booking within 7 business days or before the booking deadline.
3. 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon your approval.
4. Submit artwork(s) or material(s) accordingly before the material deadline(s).

Electronic Transmission Requirements
(Please also see specifications on the Advertising Booking Form)

1. All fonts are required to be fully embedded into the file. (100%)
2. All images should have a resolution of 300 dpi.
3. For color separated PDF files, actual color sample required.
4. All digital files including images and graphics for color separation must be saved in CMYK color space.
