Originally from Taiwan, Sylvia has travelled extensively in 60 countries 300 cities and has now made amazing Bali her base to combine her passions for people, travel and yoga. With her diverse background as yogi, teacher, sales director, general manager and travel enthusiast, Sylvia has found a happy balance between being a spiritual yogini and practical business women.

 

From Taiwan to Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, China and of course, Bali, with over 20 years' experience of setting up high profile yoga centers and international multi-cultural teams, Sylvia now runs her own business consulting on yoga center opening projects and training courses around Asia.

 

By combing a variety of yoga courses, Sylvia’s ideas and actions help her students raise their own body awareness, make deeper social connections and improve mental and physical health. Responsible for over one hundred yoga workshops and teacher trainings, Sylvia and her international network of yogis have successfully delivered transformative and inspiring experiences for students towards loyal satisfaction with their yoga centers.

 

Sylvia's believe yoga will be the most powerful common language. Her mission is to inspire people to start their yoga journey, experience the joy of life, be part of the worldwide yoga community and spread the love of yoga to a diverse mix of nations and cultures. Namaste .
