Masood Ali Khan percussionist, composer, producer, PhD, meditation instructor, energy healer, actor and founder of 'Connection 2 Creation' a soon to be released wellness program. Born in London UK into Indian/Muslim heritage is a musician of eclectic qualities.

A practitioner of yoga for over 25 years, with an innate spiritually desire to continue his soul mission to help humanity with every talent possible.

Studying and practicing various forms of meditation Vipassana, and Prana Energy transferring techniques such as 'Reiki' and 'Universal Energy'. 

Masood studied and practiced Acupuncture and homeopathy and received his PhD at the Open International University of Complementary Medicine in Colombo, Sri Lanka where he was also the head of faculty for Universal Energy from his Universal Energy teacher 'Master Luong Minh Dang.

Masood brings his unique sound and performance that inspires a meditative experience with his mesmerizing combination of the 'Hang’ and sacred mantras, infused with the power of the heart and mind's healing potential to help humanity. Musically he explores a merging of cultures and styles creating storytelling compositions with captivating melodies to inspire the spiritual being within the human.  He recorded his first album within the anticipated 'The Yoga Sessions™' Series, where he plays the enchanting new percussive instrument, a hand pan called the ‘Hang' drum (pronounced "Hung").

An avid collaborator with Yoga teachers and world class musicians for live and album projects, performing at festivals around the world such as:

Bhakti Fest, Shakti fest, Omega Spring Chant, Moksha, Lightning in a Bottle, Lucidity, Raj Festival with Rev Micheal Bernard Beckwith), Chopra Center with Deepak Chopra, TreeFort, Ahimsa Festival, Bhakti Yoga Summer Festival (Germany), Sensations (NL), Mystery Land (NL), Envision (Costa Rica) Cappadox + Mind Body (Turkey), True Nature (Japan) performing alongside almost every devotional/ kirtan singer and yoga teacher.

Masood experienced his first kirtans from Kirshana Das and training's from Jai Uttal and has been devoted to sharing his music and spiritual knowledge and life enhancing techniques tosupport the mind and body and the souls journey through life. Masood has performed with Tina Malia, Idan Rachiel, Govin Das & Radha, Susanne Sterling, Wah, C.C White, Dave Stringer, David Newman, Steve Gorn, Lisbeth Scott, Donna De Lory, Girish, Saul David Raye, Prema Hara, Shantala, Jaya lakshmi & Ananda, Steve Gold, Monica Subia Page, Brenda Mc Morrow, Sri Kirtan, Gaura Vani, Sheela Bringi, Manose, 

Masood's Album Hang With Angels features beautiful collaborations with Lisbeth Scott, Susanne Sterling and Visehmber Seth from the Mayapuris.

After a phenomenal debut album 'The Yoga Sessions: Masood Ali Khan' that spread like wild fire though the yoga and hang drum world Masood then released his second album 'The Yoga Sessions:Hang with Angels:Masood Ali Khan’ in the critically acclaimed The Yoga Sessions series from Yoga Organix and White Swan Records. 

Buoyed by master musicians from around the world, the recordings are studded with ethereal, meditative and richly-colored soundscapes especially designed for the flow of yoga classes, savasana and also ideally suited for wellness applications such as meditation and bodywork, or as beautiful atmospheric music for a mellow evening. His latest album project 'Mantra Grooves' a collaboration with long time friend Yogi Cameron, created to simply educate and  support in reciting Mantras in fun eclectic styles. 

Last year saw the release of two for 'Pregnancy Yoga' DVD soundtracks for UK yoga teacher Tara Lee which recently was awarded ' Best Pregnancy workout DVD by the UK 'London Evening Standard' and the 'Gravity and Grace- Yoga for longevity' DVD from 'Manduka' founder Peter Sterios. 

Masood's latest project to be released is a album of music that would be an very deep meditative album as an exciting squeal to Hang with Angels.

His highest collaboration with his beloved Sianna Sherman co-hosting yoga retreats and their new program the 'Alchemy of Love'.
