Desirée Rumbaugh

Desirée Rumbaugh teaches yoga from over thirty years of experience. She has studied intensively with Iyengar and Anusara teachers in alignment based methods of Hatha Yoga. Currently she works with Physical Therapists and incorporates what she has learned from functional movement educators and resistance training to present yoga in a very sustainable, empowering and user friendly way. Co-author of the book “Fearless After Fifty: How to Thrive with Grace, Grit and Yoga”, Desiree’s workshops are popular worldwide with students of all ages and abilities.
